Starting from the sketch, our internal department dedicated to modelling develops patterns and electronic models for tailoring using the most advanced CAD design systems. In this phase, a first overview of the feasibility of the model and the subsequent elaboration on fabric is obtained. The tailoring of the first garment then highlights the fit and yield.
All phases of the production of the prototype are carried out by staff who are highly specialised in modelling and tailoring. The goal is to guarantee the customer a result of high workmanship and perfect aesthetic performance, down to the smallest details.

D-B Group is not only concerned with creating the sample garment but, throughout the process of making the samples, collaborates with the fashion house regarding the choice of the most suitable technical solutions, providing useful proposals to solve the most specific production problems.

Usually preceded by the approval of the PPS (pre-production sample) garment, the production processes are governed and monitored by us: fabric cutting, tailoring, washing, finishing of the garment, packaging up to delivery to the customer, sometimes collaborating directly with shippers affiliated to us and sending the finished product to various national and international landing points.
In order to guarantee efficient production, which responds promptly to the needs of the customer and the market, without ever sacrificing the high level of quality, we entrust the different stages of processing to both internal and external production sources, both in Italy and abroad (Eastern Europe, Turkey, India, Bangladesh, China).
The entire production process is also characterised by a constant relationship with our partners.
